AMINA TIJJANI DUTSE (LLB, BL, M’CIArb)
Mrs. Amina is a qualified legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar as an advocate and solicitor of the supreme court of Nigeria in 2018. She obtained her LLB from Ahmadu Bello University in 2017. Amina specialized in Islamic law. She is well versed in energy law practice and policy through her training with the legal unit of the Energy Commission in Abuja Nigeria.
Amina participated in contentious arbitral proceedings and other litigation involving the energy commission which exposed her to the complexities of the energy sector disputes. Her participation in sophisticated contract negotiations and other activities of the Energy Commission also acquainted her with policy formulation and execution in the energy sector.
Amina is a member of the chartered institute of arbitrators. She is also skilled in legal drafting especially in energy contracts, real estate agreements and Islamic law court processes. She is currently involved in almost all the Islamic law pending cases of the firm.
